Rapid annealing: heating temperature is 350~410 degrees Celsius; with the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is between 30-120min; cooling in air or water.
High temperature annealing: The heating temperature is 350~500℃; if the thickness of the finished product is not less than 6mm, the holding time is 10~30min. If the thickness is less than 6mm, heat until all the plates become hot and cool in the air.
Low temperature annealing: heating temperature is 150~250 degrees Celsius; holding time is 2~3H; cooling in air or water.
