Product Introduction

The straight medium speed wire making machine can realize single operation, jog operation, linkage operation, continuous operation of designated blocks, and proportional setting. Pneumatic tuning rolls are mounted between the capstans. It utilizes a special cylinder and air pressure to form the proper tension on the wire and the proper reverse tension on the die. The offset of the adjustment roller causes the connected non-contact sensor to generate a signal to the PLC, thereby controlling the block synchronization. The straight medium speed wire making machine adopts the synchronous control of tuning roller tension feedback. The wire making machine adopts the first-level strong narrow V-belt and the first-level plane secondary enveloping worm gear pair transmission, which has high transmission efficiency and low noise. With a fully enclosed protection system, the machine is safe.

Product Specification

LHT400/9 is used to produce Copper wire from 8.0mm to 3.2-2.2mm, Aluminum from 9.5mm to 4.2-3.0mm.

LHT400/13 is used to produce Copper wire from 8.0mm to 3.2-1.4mm, Aluminum from 9.5mm to 4.2-1.8mm.
